JackieCHAPMANFrank and the family of the late Jackie Chapman of Blackwater would like to express their sincere thanks to her local doctors and to the doctors and staff of Wheal Coates Ward and the Royal Cornwall Hospital for their attention and kindness while she was in their care. Grateful thanks to relatives, neighbours and friends for their help and support throughout her illness and for the cards and messages of sympathy received during their recent bereavement.

Thanks also to all those who attended the funeral of their loved one and for the donations received in her memory for the RSPCA and Fight Bladder Cancer with many thanks to the Chiverton Arms for hosting the wake and to Chris and his team at W C Matthews & Son for their thoughtfulness in carrying out the funeral arrangements.
